Artistbook
Rabbit and the City. A true Story.
Leporello, handmade, assembled from paper bags, partly colored ink-pen drawings and typewritten texts tells the story of the Rabbits, who, under the leadership of the anti-hero Rabbit Robert and with the help of international cooperation (including the sea creatures), succeed in warding off their expulsion and annihilation by a dictator. The book object, a unique / original, was purchased in 2010 from the bookstore ORTNER 2 (Vienna) by the collector Friedrich C. Heller and has since been shown in various exhibitions of book art; most recently in 2023 at the Museum of Applied Arts (MAK) in Vienna in the exhibition BILDERBUCH – DAS BUCH ALS KÜNSTLERISCHES MEDIUM.
